What Nuhaa is
Nuhaa is an AI-native transformation partner for enterprises. We design, build, and operate the systems, workflows, platforms, and organizational capabilities required for AI to become part of how work gets done.
We are AI-native by design. That means productized methodology over ad-hoc consulting, reusable delivery systems over bespoke builds, governed architecture over improvisation, and a senior-specialist network over a traditional consulting pyramid. The result is a small, deeply senior team operating at a delivery standard larger firms cannot match at speed.
Nuhaa is designed differently from a traditional professional services firm. We operate without a consulting pyramid — no analysts, associates, and partners with work passing downward. Instead, every engagement is staffed with senior specialists matched to the client's specific context, drawn from a curated network of practitioners with deep sector and engineering experience.
These are not values statements. They are the positions that govern how we work.

Bassam AlKharashi
Bassam Al-Kharashi’s journey with artificial intelligence began in 1993, when he studied neural networks—the foundational architecture underlying today’s large language models—while pursuing his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. Over more than three decades, that technical depth has expanded to encompass the full AI stack: from model architectures and data pipelines to agentic systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and the governance frameworks required to sustain performance and compliance in production environments. What Bassam brings to Nuha AI is a rare combination in the Kingdom’s AI consulting market: the ability to read a board’s position on risk and translate it into practical architectural decisions; to design governance frameworks; to lead diagnostics and assessments; and to continuously evaluate whether production AI systems are delivering the outcomes they were intended to achieve. Bassam also specializes in designing AI-native organizations, helping institutions reshape their operating models, governance structures, and organizational capabilities so that AI becomes an integral part of how they operate rather than an added technology layer. His work enables organizations to deploy AI at scale and sustain its impact over time. This expertise extends to the development of institutional methodologies that are published, peer-reviewed, and applied internationally. These methodologies provide a practical blueprint for building the capabilities and infrastructure required to make AI transformation a durable organizational capability rather than a temporary initiative. Bassam approaches Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment from a design perspective rather than a compliance perspective. In his view, regulatory requirements are not constraints to be addressed after the fact; they are structural conditions that define what is architecturally possible from the outset. This combination of technical depth, strategic judgment, governance expertise, and deep understanding of the Kingdom’s regulatory and sovereignty context forms the foundation on which Nuha AI was built.
Bassam holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He founded Nuhaa on the conviction that enterprises deserve an AI transformation firm built to institutional standard — not a global consultancy retrofitting AI onto existing practices, and not a technology vendor without the governance weight to be trusted at board level.
